CHALEY SCOTT

With a BA (Hons) in Sociology, Chaley Scott has written widely on human behaviour, education, and parenting for twenty years.  She is also a regular contributor/editor for various magazines and newspapers including The Attachment Parenting International's Official Magazine The Attached Family, The Mother Magazine, The Green Parent, and a wealth of other titles.

She founded The Progressive Parenting Institute in 2005 to help provide parents with the education and support they needed to help them raise their children respectfully.  Passionate about her role, she provides a wealth of resources for parents looking to follow her philosophy, including free articles, books, counselling, blogs, and forums.  Whilst Scott is a renowned sociologist, passionate writer and progressive parenting advocate, she considers her greatest achievement to be the raising and unschooling of her four children.     For more information go to www.asktheshepherdess.com.
